What are the advantages of LabFlex Full Shell EA1 Earplugs over other laboratory manufactured earplugs?

The LabFlex earplug range is made using the finest Biopor heat cured soft silicone. It is available in three densities:
- 25 shore* – Softest material. Great for sleeping plugs and sensitive ears.
- 40 shore* – General use. Great comfort ad high strength material.
- 70 shore* – Super strong material. Suitable for earplugs fitted with removable modules and speakers.
* Higher shore values indicate higher material rigidity
Plug-A-Lug staff will advise you and assist in choosing your earplug style, colour combination and the most suitable silicon density. We will then send your ear impressions to Earmold Australia, and you will normally receive your new LabFlex earplugs about 7 to 10 days later.
The Biopor soft silicone in a full shell LabFlex earplug has a SNR25 rating with 34.8db of protection at 4000hz giving you maximum hearing protection when needed. We can also customise your new LabFlex earplugs with filters to allow different levels of sound penetration.
Biopor is easy to work with, so we can also fit just about any form of electronics into your earplugs during the manufacture process. This provides you greater comfort.
